Abstract:Fourier’s Law of Conduction is reviewed, then considered with exhaustible reservoirs. Differential equations are expressed for the rate of flow of thermal energy versus time, Those equations are solved, and formulas are derived for cumulative thermal energy flow versus time. Several cases of reservoirs are presented. Example results are provided.
